-Meeting was held Thursday, 3/17/16 and called to order at 7:00PM by President Kevin Cardwell at the Mulvane American Legion.
-32 members were present.
-2 Guest from the Legion Riders were present to discuss participating at Showdown in the Valley.
-Steve Nichols gave the Treasurer report, we have no outstanding bills and payment for registrations, vendor booths, t-shirt and trophy sponsors continue to be deposited, bank account is good.
-Discussed Showdown in the Valley:
 -Steve Nichols presented examples of the trophies that the Mulvane High School students are making, everyones opinion was      they are great.
 -Discussed vouenteers, you can volunteer for any of the teams by contacting the Captain(s), we need everyone to get involved:
  -Outside Parking=Carl & John Fry
  -Inside Parking=Steve Nichols
  -Merchandise=Cheryl Boyes
  -Vendor Booths=Steve Nichols
  -Registration Table=Doug Horstman, Bob Barr
  -Judging=Jack Marinelli, Chris Middendorf
   -Trash/Golf Cart Water/Rope Outside parking=Steve Dale, Gerald Keck
-If any member(s) is planning to be a trophy sponsor, t-shirt sponsor or rent a booth at the show, you need to get the form(s) signed and turn them asap.
-The Legion Riders will begin the show with a ride into the Arena for a prayer and the National Anthem.
-All volunteers check to see if you have your orange staff shirt from last year, we will be taking shirt sizes for any volunteer who does not have a shirt at the next meeting.
Other discussion
-discussed moving the Club meeting starting time from 7:00 to 6:30 pm, motion by Jack Marinelli and a second by Harry Funke, motion passed, club meetings now begin at 6:30.
- discussed upcoming 2 new shows:
     -Derby Antique Mall, Benefit for Lukemia, 12:00-5:00, Cars $20, Bikes $10, contact Bre 316-648-5413
     -Tri-Cities Spring Fling Car Show,Main Street Drags & Swap Meet, entry $20, Sow 8-12, drags at 1:00, trophies at 3:00,

-Next meeting is Thursday, May 19 at 6:30 pm at the Mulvane American Legion
~With no further business, meeting was adjourned.
