SHOWDOWN TIME!!!--IN 5 DAYS WE ARE LOADING CARS AND VENDORS!!!

Marking floors-we have a couple of members who can't make it, ifg anyone wants to come help, we will be meeting at the south end of the arena at 10 am Wednesday April 24th.

GIFT CARDS--WE NEED GIFT CARDS--HOPE SOME OF YOU ARE GETTING A COUPLE OF GIFT CARDS

Case of Water--we always provide free water to everyone, bring a case if you can.

Host Window Stickers & Orange Staff Shirts
-if you order either or both, you can pick your's up at the Thursday meeting at the registration/merchandise table's.

Pizza Lunch/Volunteer's-- Pizza will be provided for Lunch. The pizza is only for volunteers and will be in the Green room---you must have a ORANGE staff shirt on to go in the Green Room.

Next Meeting
-April 25th, meet at the south end of the arena at 6 pm. We will be setting up for the show and will have several cars and Vendors to park . Window stickers and orange shirts will be available for those who signed up.

Club Dues
-you can pay your club dues at the merchandise table, there is a sign up sheet.
